The Process (in depth)

	Select the package that will best fit your needs. Then fill out the online order form. Please make sure you correctly enter your contact information. You may also call us toll free and place your order with a sales representative trained to answer any questions you may have during the order process. The next part in logo development is very important for your identity and will help us create the best image for your company. We need to know what it is you do, your target market (demographics), color preference (if any), and any other information that may help us in the logo design process.
	Next, you will be asked to process your payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or eCheck. You can also mail a check or money order. After receiving your order, a representative will contact you by phone to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive an email with your client center account information, and have the ability to login to your account and familiarize yourself with its features as well as upload any files you may want to be included with your order.
	After conformation of your order, your team of artists will call prior to beginning to clarify the project. Our team of professional logo designers will research your market and demographics and begin to brainstorm on your concepts. Within 1-4 business days we will present you the first 1-6 initial concepts (depending on the package). You will then be notified that the concepts have been completed and you will be required to login to your account. Once logged into your account, you will be able to view your concepts and choose the one concept you would like to work with, as well as specify any changes you may have. If you are not happy with the first set of corporate logos, we will supply you a new set of concepts free of charge. (starter package excluded)
	Next, we will begin on your revisions that you have specified in your account. Once the revisions have been completed, we will upload them to your account and you will have the opportunity to request further revisions or approve the concept.
	Once you are completely satisfied with the final revision, we will ask you to approve the final logo. We will then send you your logo with the included files: Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop (working files), GIF, JPEG, TIFF (for web and print use). The files will be uploaded to your account for download or for extra charge, sent by snail mail, express mail, UPS or FedEx on a CD or Disk.
