FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTITVE: Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, associate processes client’s orders, sells custom logo packages and/or assists customers with orders and/or questions related, as required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Operates computer to conduct sales and client’s orders; answer phones as required. 2. Assists customers in the ordering packages, while ensuring delivery of orders are completed. 3. Prepares routine daily reports such as sales, client's orders, client's intakes, and credit card transactions. 4. Receives and responds to emails daily in accordance with established policies and procedures; while ensuring all projects are received/processed in a timely manner. 5. Performs general cleaning maintenance in designated work area and maintains the condition and safekeeping of others. 6. Identifies and resolves discrepancies in orders and billing issues. 7. May train new hires and/or temporary employees in day-to-day customer service activities. 8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
